Cleaning Checklist

Standard Clean

1. Sweep
2. Dust
3. Mop
4. Vacuum
5. wipe down all surfaces
6. Wipe down of any furniture surfaces
7. Dusting any ceiling fans or other appliances within the room.


Bathroom:
8. Sink and toilet Cleaning
9. Tub and shower cleaning
10. Mop/vacuum
11. Wall Wipe down

This includes kitchen, living room, and dining room bedrooms and bathrooms.
 

Deep clEAN

Includes everything from the Standard with the addition of a couple things.

 

1. Sweep
2. Dust
3. Mop
4. Vacuum
5. Wipe down all surfaces
6. Wipe down of any furniture surfaces
7. Dusting any ceiling fans or other appliances within the room.
8. Surface Scrubs for removal of light stains
9. General organization of things on the floor / tables
10. Baseboard Cleaning
11. Wall Cleaning


Bathroom:
12. Sink and toilet Cleaning
13. Tub and shower cleaning
14. Mop/vacuum
15. Wall Wipe down


Kitchen:
16. Interior cleaning of dishwasher
17. Interior cleaning of kitchen cabinets
18. Interior cleaning of the oven
19. Interior cleaning of the Fridge

Move in move out

For this type of cleaning, the residence must be empty of furniture and belongings. It is much the same as deep cleaning.
